To schedule a curbside bulky waste pickup, please call the Solid Waste Department at
512-314-7514 no later than 2:00 pm the weekday before your regular service day.
The City of Lakeway's curbside bulky waste service allows for 2 items weighing 100 pounds or less to be placed out with your normal trash each week. Items include stoves, hot water heaters, mattresses, washers, dryers and furniture. There is no additional fee for this service, however, you will need to call the Solid Waste Department (512-314-7514) in order to get added to the bulky pick-up schedule. For any items weighing over 100 pounds, there is an additional charge and residents will need to contact Waste Connections at 512-282-3508- to arrange a pre-paid pickup.
TVs, electronic devices, wet paint cans/buckets, motor oil, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, syringes, construction debris (lumber, etc.) are not accepted. Please see the Home Recycling and the Re-Use & Recycling Center section of this website for the locations that will accept these items.
For dead animals, please call Public Works at 512-608-9000.
